sportcarte helps sports enthusiasts discover facilities for their favorite activities. Find courts, fields, pools, gyms, and venues — then share unique links with your friends to organize meetups.

Data Source

All facility information displayed on sportcarte is sourced from OpenStreetMap (OSM), a collaborative project to create a free editable map of the world. We extract and present data specifically related to sport facilities.

We take "sport" in a broad sense — beyond traditional sports like basketball and tennis, we also include activities like darts, table soccer (yes, even in bars!), chess, and more.

Current Coverage

We currently operate on a VPS with limited resources, so coverage is restricted to specific regions. Available areas include:

• Morocco
• New York City (USA)
• California (USA)
• Bangladesh
• Taiwan
• Shaanxi (China)

More regions are added regularly as OpenStreetMap data improves.

Access & Availability

sportcarte is not a booking system. We list both public and private facilities, but we don't handle reservations.

Public facilities are often first-come, first-served. When you arrive, the court or field might already be in use — which can actually be a great opportunity to team up with other players! Access is not guaranteed.

Private facilities may restrict access to members or paying customers. Booking information might be available directly in the OpenStreetMap data through tags like reservation, phone, or website, or you may need to contact the facility directly. Always respect the access rules set by the operator.
